Goin' Back to Harlan Bluegrass Festival

This Harlan bluegrass festival is held June 26-28, 2008, and is located in the mountains of eastern Kentucky, offers limited on-site camping, open stage and pickers' time.

Held on the Harlan Campus of Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College and offers an outdoor stage environment.
