The 2011 Wilmington Winter Bluegrass Festival will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (same location as last year) in Claymont, Delaware and is the top rated bluegrass festival in Delaware.
This year's Wilmington Bluegrass Festival dates are set for March 18-20, 2011 and features over 30 bluegrass music bands.
